Many over the counter products may mention one gram of fish oil, but, in reality, they have a very low dose of EPA and DHA, which are the active parts of fish oil. You have to manually add the amount of DHA and EPA per capsule and determine the number of capsules needed. Try to select triple-strength omega-3 fatty acids capsules.

*Always select a brand that is certified by IFOS.
